Premium Resistance Bands
These premium resistance bands made by Fortress come in varying grades of resistance, ranging from easy to super heavy and is used in rehabilitation and strengthening programs. Resistance Exercise bands provide for a highly portable and convenient exercise and rehabilitation regime, enabling the user to exercise virtually anywhere and at any time.
The resistance is marked by the rainbow colours of the band:
- Yellow = Light
- Red = Medium
- Green = Heavy
- Blue = X-Heavy
- Black = XX-Heavy
The dispenser packs come in handy tubing lengths of 150cm. The tubing can be used in a single length or in a loop by tying a knot in the tubing.
For additional comfort and versatility, the Fortress Premium Exercise Tubing can be used with the Fortress Door Anchor Stirrup with Nub and the Fortress Foam Handle for Band/Tubing.
