Shipping policy

The BMI Clinic uses Sendle for all deliveries under 25kg. Deliveries over 25kg, are sent using Australia Post. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment have been processed.

The BMI Clinic will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalogue promotions. Contact us for more information.

Please allow sufficient time for delivery via Sendle and Australia Post. Usually parcels should be received within 4-6 business day after dispatch.

We do not ship internationally.

By agreeing to purchase the goods in your basket, you accept that The BMI Clinic is responsible for the picking, packing and dispatching of your goods to you. If for any reason whatsoever, be it taxes, custom law, duties or any other reasons whatsoever your parcel does not make it to your door and The BMI Clinic has picked, packed and dispatched the goods you have ordered, whilst we regret the non-delivery, The BMI Clinic may not be able to refund your payment.

Pricing:
A fixed rate of $10 is charged for shipping of goods which are below 2kg within Australia. For parcels weighing 2-5kg, a fixed price of $15 will be charged. For parcels above 5 kg, a rate of $20 will be charged.
