Directions:
Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages.
Usage advice:
Recommended Daily Serving for age 12 yrs to adult: 2 teaspoons contain 3 grams of soluble fibre, 2 times daily (Max 8 tsp/day)
Use within 6 months from opening. Should be stored out of the reach of young children.
